Active Integrity Rules
Rules currently enforced on this platform.
No self-marking attendance
Students cannot mark themselves present without a valid session code or admin confirmation.
Session code required
Attendance check-ins require a time-limited 6-digit code generated by the mentor.
IP duplication detection
Flag when more than 2 students check in from the exact same non-campus IP address within the same session.
Early check-in window
Check-ins are only accepted within 30 minutes before and 60 minutes after session start.
Location verification
GPS coordinates must be within 5 km of the registered campus for in-person sessions (requires student consent).
Assignment similarity threshold
Submissions with code or text similarity above 75% compared to other submissions are flagged for review.
Late submission audit trail
All late submission overrides are logged with the approving admin name, timestamp, and reason.
Feedback submission window
Mentor feedback can only be submitted within 7 days of the session date.
Best Practices
- • Share session codes verbally only — never via WhatsApp or email
- • Refresh codes after any suspected leak
- • Always document reasons for late submission overrides
- • Review high-severity flags within 48 hours
- • Brief students on the integrity policy at program start
